Mastering Waterless Cooking
Waterless cooking is a revolutionary method that uses the natural moisture in foods to cook, rather than adding excessive water or fats. This technique, perfected by 360 Cookware, not only enhances the flavors of your ingredients but also preserves their nutritional value.
Our Vapor® Technology creates a unique environment inside the cookware, circulating heat and moisture to cook food evenly and efficiently. By mastering this method, you'll unlock a world of healthier, more flavorful meals while using less energy and fewer ingredients.
Proper Preheating
Start on medium heat and wait until water droplets dance across the surface before adding ingredients. This ensures optimal cooking conditions.
Creating the Vapor Seal
Once you see steam escaping, spin the lid to form a water seal. Listen for a slight "whoosh" sound as the seal forms.
Low and Slow
Reduce heat to low and let the vapor do its work. Resist the urge to lift the lid- trust the process!
Resting Period
After cooking, let your food rest in the pan for a few minutes. This allows flavors to settle and ensures even
distribution of heat.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
#1 Using too high heat
Always cook on low to medium heat. 360 Cookware's superior heat conductivity means you rarely need high temperatures.
#2 Lifting the lid too frequently
Trust the process and keep the lid on. Every time you lift the lid, you're letting out flavor and nutrients.
#3 Adding too much water
Start with less water than you think you need. You can always add more if necessary, but it's difficult to remove excess moisture.
